When naming your files for upload, remove all spaces and avoid symbols such as question marks, percent signs, forward or backward slashes, colons or semicolons, commas and periods (periods are used only between the file name and the file extention i.e. MyArtwork.pdf). All files must have a valid extention — .jpg, .pdf, .eps, .tif, .qxd, etc.
